Grad Life: Academic Workspaces and Work-Life Balance

Is a competitive environment stressing you out?Would you like to build better relationships in academic and work environments?Are you having trouble balancing work, social activities, and life?

The A3C is hosting its first Grad Life workshop of Winter Quarter, Academic Workspaces and Work-Life Balance, on Thursday, January 31, 2019, from 5:30-7pm (dinner provided) at the A3C Couchroom, 2nd floor Old Union Clubhouse. 

We will be having Ken Hsu from the Graduate Life Office leading the workshop! If you have specific concerns you'd like him to address, please include them in the RSVP link.

Grad Life is a series that aims to provide Asian American graduate students with resources to sustain positive mental wellness.  Each workshop is led by trained professionals that inform students about mental health and wellness issues and connect students to campus resources. Grad Life is sponsored by the Asian American Activities Center, a University Department under the Vice provost for Student Affairs.
