Seeking tools to manage and navigate stress in demanding environments? Struggling to balance work, social activities and life? Looking for advice on increading your happiness and satisfaction at Stanford?
In this workshop, we hope to address issues of balancing work and other non-work activities. Considering that graduate students are often extremely dedicated to their work, it is not uncommon that they are left without enough time to engage in other activities that are crucial to their overall mental health and well-being. With this workshop, we hope to help provide these students with advice and resources to help maintain balance in their day to day lives.
