Event Details

The Stanford Asian American Awards was created by the Asian American Activities Center (A3C) Advisory Board. This award ceremony gathers together members of the Stanford community together to recognize Asian American faculty, alumni, students and staff for their tremendous achievements, service, and dedication.

Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Paul Brest Hall at the Munger Graduate Residence (map link)

Students, staff, & faculty with valid SUID $20.00 $22.00
Non-SUID $30.00 $32.00
  • No tickets will be sold at the door

All payments must be received by Monday, April 29, 2019.  Any payments submitted after will be subject to an additional $5 late fee.

  • If a check or cash payment is indicated in your reservation, you will be notified by email if payment has not been received by due date.

The Opportunity Fund may be used as a resource to assist with some costs associated with this event for FLI students who are eligible. Please feel free to email if you have any questions or concerns.

Cancelation/Refund Policy

  • To cancel an individual reservation and request a refund, a written request must be sent by email by Monday, April 29, 2019. Telephone requests will not be honored. A $5 fee will be issued with all cancelations.
  • Refund requests postmarked after Monday, April 29, 2019 will not be honored.
  • Cancelations/changes for table reservations after Monday, April 29, 2019 will still be billed for full amount.
