Why you joined A3C: I want to be more connected with the Asian and Asian-American community here at Stanford, and I hope to help build spaces of connection, care, and collectivity in whatever ways I can.

One thing you love about Stanford: The people and the communities we build together, although nighttime walks around this beautiful campus is a close second.

One class/program to participant in before leaving Stanford: The Stanford Humanities Center (SHC) sponsors a variety of incredible research workshops each year. Drop by and join in!

Advice to first-year graduate students: The first year of graduate studies can often feel disorienting and lonely: please remember to be extra kind to yourself as you navigate this new space. If you can, I would highly recommend taking classes outside your department and your comfort zone – you never know what great people/opportunities/communities you might encounter next!
